" The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death"

This week, I had once again crossed the boundary that I have bestowed upon myself. Going out for a movie on a weekday night is certainly not within my gene. Damn, the guilt is gnawing at my conscience. Maybe this adumbrates my sloth. Together with all those die-hard Harry Potter fans across the globe, the finale has really galvanized us. Notwithstanding, the initial plan to withhold the imminent tears suffered premature death due to the affluent humour that filled every scene encompassing the overly vehement You-Know-Who, self-proclaimed philosophy, intriguing words-rhyming and wholesale antipodal of character traits. I still miss the touching moment when the house-elves came to rescue, Death Eater's discourse with Hermionie under the cover of Lestrange took an unexpected turn and the confrontation between teachers and Snape ceased. The magnificent barriers reminded me of Star Wars while the quietus of final boss still leaves me perplexed in the end. In a nutshell, it is a melodramatic adapted movie that is devoid of tear shedding moment that is compensated by the normal trait of soap opera.

" To kill or be killed"

The trailer of Final Destination 5 is enthralling. Their rescue from the bridge-collapsing incident precipitates the most bizarre unprecedented accident. Imagine a man who is undergoing acupuncture falls from the bed and a lady who is having laser surgery has her machine short-circuit and the laser intensity jumps by leaps and bound. Then, Death implies that one needs to replace a life for survival (aka murders others) So much for the Law of Equivalent Exchange.

" Time doesn't wait"

Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is optional. When the time accelerates, we need to act our age. To get our hold on anything, one has to perform unscrupulously. No one waits for you. Nobody reserves for you. This is a cruel world that is bind to the sweetheart method. Even you are covered in mud, you just have to carry on. Hold the past in your heart and move along. Let the gossamer remarks be parallel to you and kaput to nada. When you descend into nadir, climb to to the acme by turning around. Compatriots will be there with you. The instant you reached quintessence, you will be brighter than the sun.

" Talk but don't tell"

We can never truly understand each other. It is wise for us to share a bond and even wiser to be a little reserved. When our cards are are disclosed, nothing will be the same. The sweet marshmallow may has a bitter taste in the core. The peacock may be able to shroud everyone in his coruscation. The smart player speaks but not too loud, move but not too fast, think but not too smart, read but not too much, prepare but not too early. This is the unspoken truth. What if our trump card belie our tableu?

Guilty,
Silent Gazer.
